Kitui south mp Rachael Kaki Nyamai has defended the government over the second deportation of lawyer Miguna Miguna, accusing miguna of failing to comply with immigration rules and procedures.Speaking at her home in mutomo where she had hosted disabled children from  special schools in her constituency for easter, the mp said no one is exempted from imigration regulations and that miguna should have complied to facilitate his 
clearance for entry into the country.
