Retired president Daniel Arap Moi has flown out of the country to seek medical attention in Israel. the former president who left the country this morning accompanied by his physician Dr. David Silverstein and his son Baringo senator Gideon Moi is seeking a second opinion on his knee which has been a source of discomfort for him. Sources close to him indicate that he has been taken to a hospital in Tel Aviv.
