Speaking of crimes against children, we take you to Kisumu county where a man who allegedly raped a 5-year-old boy was arrested soon after the boy’s father forgave him for the alleged crime.  The accused was forgiven in a written agreement, but the office of the director of prosecutions moved in after the boy’s grandmother protested the deal
