The Kenya Revenue Authority has put in place an alternative tax dispute resolution system that could see the tax man save about 26 billion shillings locked up in court. The platform will enable the taxman resolve outstanding tax disputes with corporates in a move aimed at bringing clarity and transparency in tax administration.
