The former chairman of the defunct electoral commission of Kenya Samuel Kivuitu is dead. Kivuitu passed on last night at a city hospital after a long battle with throat cancer. According to the family spokesman, he shall be buried after the elections even though a date has not yet been set. Wilkister Nyabwa reports.
