‘Surrender yourself to Kamiti Maximum Prison,’ this is an order issued today by High Court Judge Justice Anthony Mrima to DCI Boss George Kinoti following his conviction last week over contempt of court charges.

Justice Mrima has dismissed claims by Kinoti that he was not in possession of confiscated firearms belonging to businessman Jimi Wanjigi.

Kinoti’s lawyer Cecil Miller had argued that the firearms licensing board should be the one held responsible and not the DCI Boss.

The troubled DCI boss is now staring at a four months’ jail for ignoring court orders.
