Tonight, President Uhuru Kenyatta has defended his building bridges initiative with Raila Odinga in the ongoing appeal challenging a recent high court ruling that declared the entire process null and void. And as Murimi Mwangi reports, Kenyatta’s legal team also used the forum to fault the high court over its finding that its possible to sue a serving president in his individual capacity.
