The Court of Appeal has fixed June 29th to July 2nd as the hearing dates for the much-awaited BBI appeal case. Which will be heard by a 7?judge bench according to the president of the Court of Appeal Justice Daniel Musinga. The status conference for the case was held today even as proponents of the BBI process faced hurdles of meeting the August deadline they had anticipated to conduct a referendum.
