Kenyans accuse MPs of being insensitive after 16 of them flew to Dubai for financial training

The Kenyan parliament is once again finding itself in a fix over a spending spree at a time when the country is facing economic turmoil over the high cost of living. This after it sponsored 16 members of parliament to attend a training in Dubai, in what turned out to be a costly trip funded by the taxpayer. Tonight, KTN political reporter Murimi Mwangi puts the spotlight on the controversial Dubai trip, and tells us why parliamentary leadership insists that the trip was necessary, the cost notwithstanding.
