With high numbers of job losses recorded, businesses shutdown and a decline in revenue, it surely is an uphill task to take the economy back to upward spiral. Yet with all these, the Central Bank, now projects a 3.1 % economic growth in 2020. Is it achievable and what do Kenyans think.
