Goods worth 30 million shillings were auctioned today at the inland container depot in nairobi. A total of 51 lots were offered for sale today, with 17 lots being sold. The goods that included personal effects, electronics and pharmaceuticals are reported to have overstayed at the inland port, as they were supposed to be auctioned in april. prior to their auction they had been certified by kenya bureau of standards as fit for consumption.
