When Kenneth Mwaniki and Charity Gathei from Tetu in Nyeri county planned their wedding, it never crossed their minds that their closest family members would be absent, but that exactly happened today as the COVID-19 regulations kept their families at bay.    

The couple's ceremony at the Kiawaithanji Baptist Church was completed in less than hour.
