Brace yourselves for tougher times ahead. That is the warning from the weatherman. The March, April and May weather forecast indicate that most parts of the country will experience late onset and poor distribution of rainfall. The meteorological department says the situation is likely to lead to food insecurity, water scarcity and lack of pasture. The acting director of meteorological services Stella aura is asking the national disaster operations center to move in and mitigate possible impacts of the changing weather patterns.
