Lugari lawmaker Ayub Savula, his two wives, and some former top state officials embroiled in the Sh122 million media pay scandal have been freed on bail.

The two-term member of parliament and his co-accused pleaded not guilty before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi but had their travel documents confiscated.
