Kenya may soon be at the fore of the global communications arena, with the launch of 5g telecommunications due to the accelerated and enhanced demand for speedy internet and improved telephony. Speaking at an African telecommunications union conference preparatory meeting, the communication authority of Kenya has said that it is already working to anticipate market demand y putting in place proactive policies to drive the industry. Principal secretary in the ministry of information and communication technology (ICT) Sammy Itemere, urging the ICT industry to continue innovating technical policies that will increase efficiencies in internet use.
