The Kenyan opposition CORD is now seeking dialogue with President Uhuru Kenyatta to unlock the impasse over the independent electoral and boundaries commission. CORD leader Raila Odinga says the coalition has written a letter to President Kenyatta seeking talks on electoral reforms ahead of 2017 general election.
