The Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko faces the first attempt to remove him from office. Lawyer Nelson Havi has commenced the process by filing a petition with the Public Service Commission. The Petition also seeks that the Law Society of Kenya and Chief Justice be directed to commence the process of removing Tobiko from the Roll of Advocates and Senior Counsel.
