KPC dispel rumors about fuel shortage

20th April, 2016

The Kenya pipeline company has moved in to dispel rumors of a looming fuel shortage in western Kenya. While addressing journalists, the board chairman Jonh Ngumi noted that the situation had been contained and it had emanated from a stock pile in its Kisumu and Eldoret depots. News of the shortage had sent consumers into a state of panic triggering an artificial buyout that saw motorists rush to fuel to avoid a stock out.
