As chase bank customers celebrated the news of some measure of relief, another class of suffering Kenyans also received promising news from the Kenyan government. The government has committed to resettling and giving support to all remaining internally displaced persons, instructing the national treasury to factor the money into the next budget. This came after the cabinet retreat in Kenya’s Naivasha town.
