The rival faction Okoa LSK, through lawyer Edwin Sifuna has strongly opposed the LSK president’s position saying he was not speaking for the society. Sifuna says the outgoing council of the LSK has set the LSK members on a collision course with the judges and the judiciary in general. He says the LSK President’s proposal for amendments to disband the supreme court would require a referendum which the LSK president has no capacity to orgnanise.
