Health budget hardly sufficient to meet international standards

According to the World Health Organization, Kenya has just one doctor and only 12 nurses for every 10,000 people. At the same time, 15 women die as a result of pregnancy complications every day. To deal with this, the government introduced the free maternity services for all mothers in the country… but will a budget of 4 billion shillings adequately cover this?
