May is lupus awareness month, and though it is estimated that 200,000 Kenyans have lupus, hundreds of thousands more still don’t know that they have the lifelong condition that could be fatal if ignored. It is one of the most difficult diseases to diagnose as it manifests itself in different ways in different patients. KTN’s Kathryn Omwandho caught up with three ladies living with lupus and brings you this story.
