Heads of state and government are in New York for the 71^st United Nations general assembly. The Kenyan delegation is being led by deputy president William Ruto. Ruto who arrived in New York on Saturday was received by Kenya’s permanent representative to the UN Macharia Kamau and Emansador to the US Njeru Githae. President Barrack Obama is expected to arrive in New York later today. Tomorrow, he will meet with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi to discuss the campaign against ISIS and  HYPERLINK "http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/isis-terror/iraqi-forces-launch-operation-conquest-retake-mosul-isis-n544826" operation conquest — the effort to take back the northern Iraqi city of Mosul. On Tuesd
