At least one hundred and twenty six hostages have been freed at the Splendour hotel in Burkina Faso, following a siege in which at least 20 people were killed. Gunmen stormed Ouagadougou hotel and a nearby cafe in an attack involving car bombs. Burkinabe security forces began an assault to reclaim the hotel in the early hours of Saturday.
