Barely two days after Machakos governor Dr Alfred launched his Maendeleo Chap Chap movement, Wiper leaders have condemned Mutua’s move which they have termed as a move against political parties act and a scheme to scuttle Ukambani votes. They are now threatening to institute a process that may see Dr Mutua being kicked out of the party.
