Mandera Governor Ali Roba and Member of parliament Shaban Ishaq have today condemned the alleged shooting of civilians by military personnel that claimed the lives of two locals. The leaders were speaking at the Wilson Airport where they demanded that the military apologizes for the incident and compensates the victims and their families. Some of the casualties were flown into Nairobi today for further treatment.
