A move by Muslim passengers who were on a Mandera bound bus and who shielded their Christian counterparts continue to be lauded by leaders in the county. Speaking after a fundraising in aid of Gurufa Madarassa, MPs Mohamed Shidiye of Lagdera and Garissa Women Rep Shukran Gure,said that the actions that taken by the Muslims in the bus will unite Kenyans more than before. Some of the victims of the attack are still admitted in various hospitals in Mandera and Nairobi
