Safaricom's CEO Bob Collymore declares his wealth

2 weeks ago, the government vowed to blacklist companies and directors who engage in corruption in a move to fight the vice in accessing government tenders. In that spirit, safaricom CEO Bob Collymore has today declared his wealth.According to documents released, Collymore’s takes home 9 million shillings per month. He has accumulated 109.5 million shillings in the last 12 months, including interests and dividends. The CEO stated that he has a net worth of 277.3 million shillings in cash, properties and shares. Additionally, he has declared he owns a residential house in London valued at 54 million shillings. Mr Collymore published his wealth as part of the private sector initiative with government to encourage clean business between the private sector and government.
