West Pokot County teachers to paralyze operations once schools re-open if pay is not honored

West Pokot County teachers IR executive secretary have threatened to paralyze operations once schools re-open if the government doesn’t honor the Supreme Court’s ruling on their pay increment. Their executive secretary Martin Sembelo said it was wrong for the government to drag its feet in implementing the pay rise.
