The Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture is probing the importation of Seven thousand tons of substandard fertilizer that has since made its way into the market. The committee is probing the Kenya Ports Authority, The Kenya Bureau of Standards and the National Cereals and Produce Board to produce documentation to find out how it was allowed into the country.
