Senator Yusuf Haji urges the government to protect Kenyan borders

28th May, 2015

Garissa county senator Yusuf Haji has waded into the discussion on what Kenya is doing wrong in the fight against terrorism within its borders. His sentiments come just days after al shabaab militants invaded Yumbis village in Garissa County and attacked a police convoy killing one police officer and injuring several others. Haji says the Kenyan security forces need to think like the militia and study their strategy that keeps changing over time if they are to defeat the rag tag militia that has launched several attacks on Kenyan soil.
