The Chairperson of the Anti-FGM board Linah Jebii Kilimo has urged leaders across the country to contribute more towards eradicating the circumcision of girls. She says although some progress has been made in streghthenning prosecution mechanisms, the cultural aspects could only be addressed with the help of leaders.
