The Federation of Kenya Employers executive director Jackeline Mugo is urging new graduants not to seek employment but rather be job creators. Mugo says substantial amount of time is wasted by graduands moving from office to office while seeking employment and end up getting frustrated when turned down. She advised new graduands to be more innovative and employ the skills acquired in colleges to be self-reliant.
