To the courts now where Chief Inspector Maxwel Otieno told the court that Joseph Irungu alias Jowie and Jackie Maribe were directly responsible for the murder of businesswoman Monica Kimani. Otieno who is the investigating officer in the murder trial outlined twelve reasons why detectives placed the murder charge on Jowie and five reasons to prove that Maribe was involved in the murder.
