Migori county MCAs who held a special sitting for the tabling and approval of the financial year 2021/2022 budget estimates upon the close of the financial year 2020/2021 on June 30 clashed, as a section of the MCAs cited loopholes in the report tabled before them. This came hours after a majority of MCAs approved and passed the report.
