Immediate Former Kaloleni Mp Gunga Mwinga is dead. The former Mp died early today at the Mombasa hospital where he had been admitted for a week. Gunga was elected Kaloleni Mp from 2013?2017 on a Kaddu Asili ticket after trouncing former Labour Minister Kazungu Kambi. Gunga was also the chairman of the coast parliamentary group during his term. He lost the seat to the current Mp Paul Katana during the 2017 general election.
