Cord principle Raila Odinga has offered to appear before the public accounts committee for questioning over his claims on the Eurobond money. However national assembly’s majority leader Adan Duale has urged those planning to sue Raila Odinga not to do so. He says this is a strategy the cord leader is using to maintain his political relevance.
