Baringo Senator Gideon Moi to put more pressure on government over cattle rustling

Baringo Senator Gideon Moi is asking the government to fast track the issuance of title deeds to the residents of Mochongoi to enable them realize the economic value of their land. The senator says he hopes the residents who have stayed for over 12 years without title deeds will be issued with the documents before the end of the year. The KANU National Chairman was addressing the residents after attending a church service at AIC in Kimoriot. He assured the people that peace will prevail in Baringo following resolutions made during a leaders meeting recently held in the region.
