The name St. Charles Lwanga is prominently associated with some schools in Kenya as well as Uganda. But who is the person behind this name? Well, St. Charles Lwanga was among the 22 catholic Christian converts also referred to as Uganda martyrs who were executed in 1886 through orders of Kabaka Mwanga 11.
