The Kenyan government has launched investigations into the killing of a Pakistani journalist Arshad Mohammed Sharif who was shot dead last night by police. The journalist was killed by police along Kiserian Magadi highway in what has been described by police as mistaken identity. President William Ruto has assured Pakistani prime minister Shehbaz Sharif of a quick and transparent process, to get to the bottom of the story that has caused an uproar locally and internationally.
