SC Ahmednasir offers to help Khalif Kairo amidst legal misfortunes

SC Ahmednasir offers to help Khalif Kairo amidst legal misfortunes.

Having spent the night as a state guest, high-flying businessman Khalif Kairo seems to have found an ally amidst the chaos he is currently facing. Popular lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi has come to his rescue.

Khalif, who was in the dock yesterday pending a ruling scheduled later today, has been represented by Dunstan Omari and Cliff Ombeta.

Now, he has the senior counsel on his side, with the prominent lawyer stating that the young businessman is experiencing challenges like any other entrepreneur, and he is willing to help Kairo navigate the difficult situation he finds himself in.

“I don’t know @KhalifKairo at all. Of course, I occasionally see him on X living in the fast lane. He has some small second-hand car business that lately got him into trouble. But it’s sad to see some lowlifes rejoicing at his misfortunes. Good people, all types of businesses face challenges and difficult times. And this young man is facing business challenges,” he stated on his socials.

The lawyer says taking Kairo to court is not the ideal way to support young Kenyans trying to do business during these tough economic times.

“This isn’t how to treat young aspiring Kenyans trying to make money in a difficult and hostile business environment. I’m willing to mediate between him and the complainant and resolve this matter amicably. I can help!” he added.

With disgruntled clients hot on his heels, Kairo admits it has been a tough time for him but believes that he will sort out his issues.

“We will sort every single pending delivery out. A solution has been worked on, and we are 90 per cent done. It’s been tough, but everything will work out,” he posted on X.

Following his offer, Kairo expressed gratitude for Ahmednasir’s support and also praised the police officers at Capital Hill Police Station, where he spent the night, for their professionalism.

“Asante SC @ahmednasirlaw for the kind words and offer. Nkipewa bail I will reach out in person. May God bless you,” he wrote.

“Spent last night at Capital Hill Police, would like to commend the @NPSOfficial_KE officers at that station for professionalism, decency when dealing with suspects, and very high standards of cleanliness,” Kairo added.
