Brigadier (Rtd) Joseph Muracia, the CEO of the Nairobi Rivers Commission, has been dismissed from office over allegations of gross misconduct, corruption, and nepotism.
Muracia's ouster was approved on Tuesday during a commissioners' meeting chaired by Margaret Wanjiru.
