A popular tycoon is having an affair with a TV girl working with a leading station. The relationship is said to be steamy. Sources have it that the high flyer — a politician — recently got his TV love moving from her Donholm house to a posh residence in the leafy suburbs of Kileleshwa. The tycoon’s state-of-the art car has been picking up the presenter from her work place for the past few months. "Her lifestyle has drastically changed. It is true that the guy is paying her bills," said a source close to the girl. During the run up to the 2007 General Election, ‘Mr moneybags’ was having yet another affair with leading TV news anchor whom he bought a car.

Meanwhile, the much-publicised relationship between a youthful minister and another TV presenter (with whom they have two children) is said to be in rough waters. The politician is said to be reconsidering his commitment after news broke that his love was found in a compromising position (inside a lift) with a colleague.

Cecilia to fight jiggers for life

Former beauty queen Cecilia Mwangi has now found the passion of her life. "When I joined the anti-jigger national campaign it all looked like one of those things that come and pass. But my whole heart is now in it. I sleep, wake, eat and think of the anti-jigger war. I have now dedicated my life to it.

I want to see the thousands of people we have helped get back to their normal life, especially the hundreds of girls who had abandoned school out of jigger invasion. We now have a project dedicated on getting them back to school," she said.
