What you will need:-
2 onions sliced
1 teaspoon garlic ginger mince
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 chicken cut into 12 pieces
1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
300ml plain yoghurt
2 capsicum grated
Fresh coriander chopped
What to do:-
In a pan over medium heat add the oil and saute the onions until slightly golden brown. Add in the garlic ginger mince. Go in with the chicken pieces flip the chicken and cook for about two minutes. Now add in the spices and salt to taste mix well, then add in the yoghurt, capsicum and coriander.
Give it a good mix and cover for about 10 minutes, remove lid sprinkle some coriander for garnish and your are ready to serve with your naan bread.
