Let's make some fresh tagliatelle pasta from scratch with flour, a very easy and delicious recipe that you can quickly whip up at home. What you will need:-2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Method:
Mix the two ingredients and work into a dough. Cover the dough with clean cling film and leave to rest for about 30 minutes. Once the dough has rested, remove the cling film and roll out the dough on a flat surface, sprinkle with a little flour to prevent it from sticking; you want to roll it out as thin as possible, then fold the dough on each side until it meets in the middle. Cut the dough into thin strips and fluff up to separate the pasta, then cook in salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and mix with the sauce.
For the sauce:-3 tomatoes roughly cut
4 cloves of garlic
3 basil leaves
