In a nonstick pan on medium heat put in the butter then go in with the steak that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Add the rosemary and garlic cloves.
Cook for about five minutes on each side, and repeat the same with the other slices of steak. Once ready, set aside to rest.
For the peppercorn sauce
1 tablespoon black peppercorns (crushed)
500ml heavy cooking cream
2 bouillon beef cubes
1/2 cup beef broth
In a nonstick pan on medium heat, put the crushed peppercorns and roast for about one minute.
Now add the heavy cooking cream, crumble in the beef Bouillon cubes and bring it to a boil. Cook for about five minutes. Add the broth, this will further flavour the sauce. Once the sauce is thick and coats the spatula, you are ready to serve with your steak.
Serve with potato wedges and salad with roasted cherry tomatoes.
