The perfect recipe to make use of your leftover rice at home.
What you will need:
200g or one large bowl of cooked rice
1/2 cabbage, thinly shredded
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, grated
1 sweet pepper, diced

1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic paste
4 whole green chillies
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander to garnish
What to do:
In a wok over medium heat, pour the vegetable oil, add the sliced onions and sauté until soft.
Add the diced sweet pepper and then the grated carrots. Mix well with a wooden spatula.
Once the mixture is soft, add the garlic paste and the curry powder and mix well until fragrant.
Add the paprika and continue to sauté until everything is well combined.
Add the shredded cabbage and continue to cook until the cabbage shrinks and becomes soft.
Add a little salt to taste and continue to cook, then add the whole green chillies and mix well.
Now add the cooked rice and continue to cook for another five minutes or until everything is well combined and the rice is fluffy.
Serve while hot and enjoy the fantastic fusion made from the leftover rice. Enjoy!
