Ingredients:
1 can tuna chunks in oil (250g)
1 onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 teaspoon garlic ginger mince
70g tomato paste
1 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander
1 packet pasta (boiled)
Method:
In a pan over medium heat drizzle the oil from the tuna chunks. Saute the onions until soft and slightly golden.
Add the garlic ginger mince, and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes become soft. Add tomato paste, curry powder, and black pepper and mix well with a spatula.
Then add the tuna chunks; break down the tuna using a spatula and mix until thick. Once the pot starts to bubble up, add the lime juice and mix.
Season with salt and cook for five more minutes. Serve with boiled pasta, and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy!
