Kenyans are eagerly anticipating the Magical Kenya Open 2025, set to take place over the weekend. The event will run from February 20 to 23 at the Muthaiga Golf Club in Nairobi.

While the world-class golf tournament will be the main attraction, an electrifying entertainment line-up featuring renowned artistes and entertainers will also be a major highlight.

The spectacular line-up will include the smooth tunes of Chris Kaiga, the vibrant Afro-fusion sounds of Bensoul, captivating performances by Lye Band, the lyrical prowess of Sir M, and the infectious energy of the talented Ndegz. These hitmakers are set to perform on Saturday, February 22.

The excitement does not end there. Revelers can also look forward to amazing sets from Kenya’s top DJs, guaranteed to keep them dancing throughout the event. With dynamic performances from DJ Grauchi, DJ Namosky, DJ Jojo, Korb$, DJ Kaneda, DJ Bee, DJ Linsey, DJ Mawinch, DJ Most Wanted, and DJ Deewiz, the Magical Kenya Open is expected to be nothing short of spectacular.

Johnnie Walker is the official alcohol beverage partner for the event.

“Johnnie Walker has always been a proud supporter of the creative economy, and through our participation in this year’s tournament, we continue our commitment to celebrating Kenyan talent across music, art, and culture,” Josephine Katambo, Marketing Manager for Scotch and Reserve Portfolio at EABL, said in a press release.

For golf lovers, the tournament will offer a grand prize of Sh323 million ($2.5 million). The event will feature 144 professional golfers as part of the DP World Tour.
