Kinoti

Brian Kinoti Kinyua popularly known are Kinoti is a singer and songwriter based in Nairobi. He is a recording artist who does a fusion of R&B and afro soul, drawing inspiration from occurrences around him on a day to day basis. The 22-year-old artiste is known to make music that is relatable to many the listeners. Kinoti became a star after his song Nitangoja became a hit. Fans, friends and Kenyans in general are looking forward to more incredible and sweet tunes come 2025.

Gody Tennor

Arbantone artiste Gody Tennor might also be the next big thing in 2025.His real name is Godfrey Masambu and became popular after he released hit song Mukuchu. The song has 4.2 million views on You tube, 1.22 million plays and 306K listeners on Boom play. He has been ranked by Boom play as having have 426,000 listeners, 2.99 million streams and 136,000 hours in 177 countries. The 23-year-old’s top shared track Dimba refix has 1.2 million views on You Tube despite being just a few months old.

 Tipsy Gee

Much like Gody Tennor, this arbantone artiste has so much talent and potential in the music industry. They collaborated with Soundkraft and Kappy to give Kenyans hit song ‘Tiktoker’ that came with a dance challenge.’TikToker’ has 16.1 million views on You Tube currently. Kenya being a country of “sherehe ni sheria” the dance challenge entertained a lot of Kenyans on social media and beyond.

Dyana Cods

Dyana Cods is not a newbie in music. She has made songs consistently for the past six years while growing her name in the underground scene. The Set It hit maker has worked with big celebrity artistes like Khaligraph Jones and Wakadinali. She has a daring and unapologetic sexy appeal to her listeners unlike other Kenyan female artists.

Njerae

Indie- Soul aka Njeri Mwengi or Njerae is a Kenyan artiste whose sound blends Afro-Indie, R&B, and soul. Firstly, Crazy Kennar has already shown his skills and talent when it comes to the comedic industry. The 26-year-old started out with hilarious skits on TikTok, You Tube and Instagram and became a sensation just like that.

His consistency and extremely hilarious content pushed Kennar to a higher level in the comedic world. His You Tube channel has 664K subscribers and his following has increased rapidly on his social media platforms.

His shows such as ‘Happy Country’ show was packed to capacity and revelers enjoyed the creativity and amusing nature of Kennar.

Comedian Mwirigi, Mohalicious and Mluo Socialite are upcoming comedians who are making Kenyans laugh on Social Media. The three create various skits with spectacular and comedic creativity that receive a lot of views from netizens.

They make relatable jokes about the country’s state whether financial, social or political and they always nail it. These comedians will indeed become the next big thing in 2025, if they continue to deliver such creative and funny content.

They might just end up doing live performances like Crazy Kennar, Mammito, Njuguna, Mkurugenzi and other comedians in Kenya today.
